Stadiumville privacy policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
Stadiumville is a mobile game where you grow a sports club by playing puzzle matches. This page explains what data is used, why, who it is shared with and how you can control it.
Controller
The data controller is José Vicente Catalá Ripoll. Contact: tuscuentaclaras@gmail.com.
Summary
- You don't need to sign up or give us your name or email to play.
- We use usage statistics to improve the game and ads: the ones you choose to watch for a reward and, now and then, one between matches.
- In Europe we ask for your permission before showing personalised ads; on iPhone, Apple asks you before any tracking.
- You can change your choices in the game: Menu → Settings → Privacy.
What data we use and why
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Your game save: club, facilities, leagues, levels, preferences (sound, language). | So you can play and keep your progress. | Providing the service you request by playing. |
| Usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase): game events (matches, upgrades, tutorial steps), device type, operating system, language, approximate country and an installation identifier. | To learn what works and improve the game. | Your consent (in Europe). Without it, only anonymous, aggregated data is counted. |
| Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): what went wrong, device model, system and game version. | To fix crashes and bugs. | Legitimate interest in the game working properly. |
| Ads (Google AdMob): your device's advertising identifier (if you allow it), IP address, device type and how you interact with the ad. | To show ads (the ones you choose to watch for a reward and one now and then between matches), measure them and prevent fraud. | Your consent for personalised ads. Without it, ads are not personalised. |
| In-game purchases (App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat): product bought, date, country and an anonymous purchase identifier. We never see your card: payment is handled by Apple or Google. | To deliver what you buy and let you restore it. | Performance of the purchase contract. |
| Cloud save (Google Firebase): an anonymous user created automatically and your game save. If you choose to link your Apple or Google account, also that account's identifier and, if shared, your email. | So you don't lose your progress and can recover it on another phone. | Providing the service. |
| Your feedback (if you answer "Give us feedback"): your rating and the text you write. | To improve the game. | Your consent when you send it. |
Notifications (works finished, sponsorship full) are scheduled on your own phone, only if you allow them.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that make the game work, acting on our behalf or as controllers under their own policies: Google (Firebase, AdMob; policy), Apple and Google Play (purchases), and RevenueCat (purchase management; policy). Some are based in the United States; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Your cloud save, while you keep your account (you can delete it at any time). Usage statistics, up to 14 months. Crash reports, 90 days. Purchase records, as long as the law requires.
Your rights and controls
- Change your choices: Menu → Settings → Privacy (ad preferences and usage statistics). On iPhone, tracking is changed in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Delete your account and data: from the game (Settings) or by writing to us.
- You can also ask us for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to tuscuentaclaras@gmail.com, and complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, aepd.es).
Age
Stadiumville is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. In some countries (such as Spain, under 14) minors need their parents' or guardians' permission to consent to data processing. If you believe a child has given us data without that permission, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the change is significant, let you know in the game.
